Cultural Integration as a Business Accelerator- In a Friendly M&A

A tier-one engineering consultancy acquired a small data and technology company to fill a service capability gap. One of the main goals following the acquisition was cultural integration, stepping the newly staff though relocation and integration into teams across Australia and New Zealand.
